The AA will be one of two first-line representatives for this office and will serve as a liaison between department leadership and other customer elements. As such, the selected candidate must convey a positive and professional impression of the office. The AA must be able to schedule numerous daily meetings and appointments, and help to prioritize, schedule or reschedule daily calendars for department leadership. Work schedule is 0800 – 1600, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of ad-hoc overtime throughout the year. The AA should have the required ability to lift 1 0lbs of weight (Office Supplies), and may be required to move between the various departments, as well as to/from the building mail room. There is no travel or TDY requirements for this position.
