Although taskings will be identified through e-mail, a task tracker, or face-to-face, a level of autonomy is desired. Proactive communication and scheduling of upcoming events, improving processes to ensure transparancy across the office and a desire to learn, are very welcome. There are some very traditional administrative functions such as time and attendance, sponsor internal communications, supply ordering, managing accesses and leaderships’ calendars. Interactions with external customers is generally for receiving, to direct them to their point-of-contact or in scheduling meetings. Representing leadership in e-mail communications and on phone calls, it is necessary to be professional and articulate. Some flexibility in the work schedule, desired coverage from 9:00-3:30, overtime is not generally necessary. No physical requirements, desk does have sit/stand equipment.
