Candidate will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of retiring employees’ personnel files and preparing multiple draft format documents using a standardized template highlighting career accomplishments which will be presented to the Senior members of the career service board for review. The candidate will be expected to conduct research as necessary in preparation of the draft document. This will include, but not be limited to, retrieving information from personnel files, HR databases, and the internet. The candidate would provide behind the scenes support, and would also be the sole support of this effort. Candidate must have excellent written communication.
